Washington Post Names CTAC a Winner of the Greater Washington Area Top Workplaces 2024 Award
Falls Church, Virginia June 21, 2024 – CTAC has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by The
Washington Post Top Workplaces. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a
third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The
confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including
employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few. This was CTAC’s first year participating in the survey, which received an astounding 80% response rate from employees.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes
authentically from their employees.” Says Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
The survey results and comments reiterated that collaboration is key to CTAC’s success. Employees are satisfied with their flexible work environment which accommodates varying work styles, remote work options, and flexible schedules. In fact, 100% of CTAC employees reported that they are happy with their work-life flexibility! The company also encourages innovation, introducing new ideas, processes, or products to drive positive change. Many employees reported feeling highly supported and encouraged by their managers. Overall, the survey showed that 97% of employees believe that the company is going in the right direction.
CTAC is humbled by the feedback and will work to ensure that all employees continue to feel heard and valued.
